Our New Swedge Disposal Treatment is in Full Operation in August 2014

According to the requirements of Chinese Environment Protection Law & Xiamen Heavy Metal’s Pollution Remediation Industry Promotion Plan, our swedge disposal treatment deals with the waste water of the chrome department for different materials seperately. The first-degree nickel-plating rinse water, chrome rinse water and acid-base rinse water are all treated seperately until they achieve the qualified standard. We set the separate sampling place and also treat the swedge sludge separately.
We can treat 350 tons of waste water in total during 8 hours. For example, more than 40 tons for the nickel wastewater, more than 100 tons for the chrome wastewater, more than 180 tons for the acid-base wastewater, which is far more than the wastewater volume of our chrome facility.
Based on the test data offered by Xiamen Environmental Protection Agency enviromental testing center, the water after treatment of our chrome department already achieve and excess all the indexes of Chinese Emission standard of pollutants for electroplating ( GB 21900—2008). Our factory is now the benchmarking demonstration unit of Xiamen Environmental Protection Agency.
